      Responsibilities:

      • Evaluation/execution of potential investment, merger, acquisition, joint venture or partnership opportunities
      • Coordinate strategic and corporate development activities
      • Communicate results and insights with senior management
      • Lead and manage due diligence processes with designated teams to evaluate potential benefits, risks and mitigation plans
      • Provide detailed financial & operation analysis which is incorporated into the business case
      • Establish and drive work plans

      Qualifications:

      • Candidates with at least 5 years of experience from investment bank, consulting firm or an active technology M&A group
      • The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of gaming industry
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and creatively
      • Extensive experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques including building complex financial models and interpreting results
      • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA – an advantage

      Main Responsibilities 

      • Conducting daily briefings for Support agents to ensure they are fully prepared for their shifts.
