Aspire Global is a leading international online gaming company and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Shift Leader to enter our Management tier and supervise the performance and workflow of the Support & VIP agents during shifts.
Conducting daily briefings for Support agents to ensure they are fully prepared for their shifts.
First contact person to handle questions from agents regarding any issues arising.
Maintaining high levels of motivation with agents on the CSD floor in order to reach the shift performance targets.
Planning and implementing task distribution action between VIP and Support agents on shift, to maintain balanced workload
Monitoring the chat, telephone & email queues at all times, to ensure all customers are handled within SLA targets whilst maintaining the highest level of quality
Providing accurate daily performance reports for CSD Management.
Monitoring punctuality and managing the break time of agents on shift.
Oversee, coordinate and communicate high priority issues between internal departments (Support & VIP).
Creating suggestions to improve CSD performance.
Identification of technical issues with rapid and precise follow-up escalation to ensure fast resolution.
Adopt, Maintain and promote the Company Values at all times without exception.

Aspire Global, an international online gaming company is seeking a QA engineer for Mobile and Web manual testing.
The QA engineer is required for Mobile and Web manual testing of the company websites and Mobile applications.
At least 2 years of experience in testing web applications and Client/Server applications
Experience in QA procedures and writing test documents – a must
Experience in writing basic SQL queries-a must
Sc. in Computer Science Practical Engineering degree
Experience with QA Automation Tools - an advantage
Experience with Web debugging tools – an advantage
Excellent English level
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills(Tech Operation is part of QA team)
