      The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our database and email campaigns

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage our database and email campaign sent to it.
      • Develop a testing strategy to continually optimize email performance, from delivery to purchase.
        Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion and customer satisfaction via email communications.
      • Manage and optimize the design, content and layout of all email communications.
      • Analyze and monitor the performance of email initiatives.
      • Maintain email best practices including browser/client compatibility, appearance of subject lines, use of images etc.
      • Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM).
      • Optimizing and creating automation process
      • Managing execution Email marketing campaigns
      • Managing relationship with publisher running Co-registration campaigns

      Job Requirements
       
        • At least 2 year of experience as Email marketing manager – a must!
        • Experience in implementing and optimizing email campaigns, working with different ESP systems such as Silverpop, Ongage.
        • Performing analytics to monitor end-to-end campaign performance.
        • Good working knowledge of HTML.
        • Excellent project management, time management and problem solving skills.
        • Strong initiative.
