- How does the Affiliate Program work?
- You, as an affiliate, will promote AspireGlobal brands and earn revenues. Your job as an “affiliate” is to be the middleman between online consumers and our brands. By aligning consumers with the products they are looking for, you will get a commission for sale your referring visitors conduct.
- Can I participate in more than one affiliate program?
- Yes, you can sign up and promote other affiliate programs apart from NeoGames Partners’. You can also promote more than one of our brands.
- What kind of links can I create?
- Once you have logged into the account you can choose any banners or marketing material you wish. We have made it very comfortable for you in terms of hosting, so the only think you will need to do is to pick your own tracking link / clicktag and post this into you website source for your banners to show.
- How do I know how much commission I have earned?
- Once logged in to the affiliate page go to reports / payments statistics reports and generate your report. This will show you your exact earnings for the dates you have chosen.
- How often are reports updated?
- All reports you see are live and updates every 5-7 minutes.
- How often do I get paid?
- NeoGames partners affiliates receive payment for the previous months activity within 14 working days from the first working day of the subsequent month
- How do I receive my money?
- You can choose if to receive it though wire transfer, NETeller, Moneybookers, bank draft, or Click2pay.</li>

- We are processing your payment request as soon as we have received your invoice each month. Please note that we cannot process invoices for less than €100 each time.
- Can I use more than one tracking code?
- Yes, contact your Account manager and they can help you create different tracking codes.
- How do I update my personal account information?
- Log into your affiliate account with your log in and password and update the section ‘My Account’. Here you can add payment details, your name and address and change your password.
- Can I receive commission for signing up as a player?
- It will show up as a Sale but you will not receive the commission. This is because our company policy states that you cannot be both an affiliate and a player at the same time. Therefore you cannot sign up as a player through your own tracking links.
- I can’t remember what I get paid for each of my tracking codes.
- Log into your account and go into ‘report’. There you will be able to see each contract and tracking code you have set up and it will state the commission you receive.
- How do I change my payment method?
- Log into your affiliate account and go into ‘account’. There you can alter the way you wish to be paid.
- How much money does a player have to deposit to be considered a New Real Player?
- Players must deposit a minimum of €/£/$10 on their first time deposit in order for it to be a valid sale.
- I am not sure my link/tag is working properly. How do I know that my referrals are being tracked to me?
- If you find this the case, then please log into your account and look at ‘reports’. There you can see your traffic stats and other reporting information. If you don’t see any tracking information, then please contact your account manager and they can help you with the issue.
