Business Analysis Team Leader

• Be an effective member of the Business Analysis leadership team, taking action to set direction and provide leadership for the team
• Manage team onboarding, activity, and capacity, putting the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time,
• Manage performance by setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, regular one to one discussion, agreeing personal development plans and all line management duties for direct reports
• Take an active role as a Business Analysis by hands-on on CRM and Acquisition analysis
• Collaborate with the marketing team in the design of engaging campaigns that can be analysed and conduct pre campaign analysis.

• Python, R or equivalent – an advantage

Data Engineer

·      Create data pipelines – both as batch and in real-time - to ingest data from dissimilar sources

·      Collaborate with the other teams to address data sourcing and provision requirements

·      Design and monitor robust, recoverable data pipelines following best practices with an eye out for performance, reliability, and monitoring

·      Innovation drives us - carry out research and development and work on PoCs to propose, trial and adopt new processes and technologies

·      Coordinate with the Product & Technology teams to ensure all platforms collect and provide appropriate data

·      Liaise with the other teams to ensure reporting and analytics needs can be addressed by the central data lake

·      Support the Data Quality and Security initiatives by building into the architecture the necessary data access, integrity, and accuracy controls

·      3+ years of experience in Data Engineering

·      Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or Engineering

·      Proficient in Python. Past exposure to Java will be considered an asset

·      Understanding of RDMS, Columnar and NoSQL engines & their performance

·      Experience with cloud architecture and tools: Microsoft Azure, Amazon or GCP

·      Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache AirFlow, dbt

·      Prior exposure to the Snowflake ecosystem will be considered an asset

·      Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and containerisation

Product Compliance Officer

• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of our gaming and betting products and generate detailed gap analysis of regulation and standards required for new market entry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Project, Product, Security, to implement compliance measures throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to product development teams on compliance-related matters, including product design, feature implementation, and testing.
• Monitor and analyse changes in regulations and standards, and communicate updates and implications to relevant stakeholders, and track their implementation.
• Track internal audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external regulatory bodies, 3rd-party laboratories and auditors as necessary to facilitate compliance certifications and approvals.

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred however not required.

• Knowledge of US gaming and betting regulations, including, state-specific regulations, and industry standards.

Senior Legal Counsel

• Serve as an in house attorney handling the business legal needs
• Draft, negotiate, structure, implement, manage, and monitor a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to customer services agreements, master service agreements, and service level agreements
• Review and negotiate international vendor contracts to make sure they are in line with our policies and do not include risks we are not willing to accept.

VP Partner Success

·         Taking full responsibility for the Company’s relationships with our brand & platform partners.

·         Ensuring the Company is growing partners’ accounts & businesses successfully and effectively.

·         Deliver excellence in how the Partner Success team operates, ensuring that partner success team continues to develop their ability to drive partner revenue growth and partner engagement.

·         Assisting partners in investing and growing their business, but fully leveraging the organisation’s suite of products and managed services.

·         Provide guidance to the Partner Success Managers and the Partners regarding various elements of the business value chain including player acquisition, localization, regulator developments and player monetization.
