Antoine Bonello started his iGaming career in 2008 with Betfair (Flutter), where amongst other senior roles, he served as Managing Director until 2017. He subsequently moved to Mr.Green as COO, playing a key role in growing the company towards an eventual sale to William Hill, then moving to the consolidated role of COO for William Hill International.
Antoine joined Aspire Global as Chief Operating Officer in 2020, where he oversaw a major drive towards improving operational efficiency and customer experience. Under his close supervision, Aspire Global has gone from strength to strength, establishing the company as a major player in the iGaming space on the back of strong organic growth and strategic M&A activity, which is one of Antoine’s main strengths.
He is a MBB in Lean Six Sigma, holds a B.Eng degree from the University of Malta, and an MSc. in Business Management from Warwick University.
Jovana Popovic Canaki
Jovana Popovic Canaki is the VP of Partner Success at Aspire Global. With over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, primarily on the B2B side, she joined Aspire a year ago. Jovana’s role revolves around prioritizing partners’ needs, long-term vision, and strategy, aligning them with Aspire’s B2B offerings to ensure mutual success.
As an enabler, Jovana actively listens to partners, understands their business requirements, and collaborates with relevant departments to drive business success. She focuses on building strong relationships beyond commercial aspects and helps partners reach their full potential by providing support at every stage of the partnership lifecycle.
During her time at Aspire, Jovana has played a pivotal role in restructuring and revitalizing the Partner Success Management team. She encourages team mentoring and fosters a collaborative environment where the best ideas are embraced.
Jovana’s passion lies in cultivating enduring relationships with partners, considering them as the foundation for long-term success. Her daily mantra revolves around prioritizing Partner Success above all else.
Ore Tibet is an accomplished product strategist and leader with over five years of experience in the iGaming industry. As the current VP of Product & Solutions, Ore is responsible for developing and executing product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and overseeing the product managers and product solution managers teams. Ore also supports onboarding new clients and customizing solutions to fit their unique needs.
Before joining the current company, Ore held leadership positions in several other companies, including Head of Product at Aspire Global and Product Lead at Neo Games. Ore also gained extensive product management experience as a Product Manager at Neo Games and as an Innovation Project & Product Manager in the Fintech industry.
Ore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, which has equipped Ore with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the product management field.
Chris Spiteri is a highly experienced finance professional with over 15 years of expertise in the field. He is a CPA and ACCA qualified accountant and has worked across a variety of industries in different roles. Chris has spent the past 9 years working in the gaming industry, where he has gained extensive knowledge and experience.
In his previous roles, Chris has served as Director of Finance and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in various B2C operators and B2B providers, including Gaming Innovation Group and King.com. He has a proven track record of success in driving financial performance and delivering strategic value to organizations.
Currently, Chris serves as the VP of Finance at Aspire Core, where he leads the financial operations and strategy for the company. His expertise in finance and the gaming industry makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
Ruby Muscat, the HR & Ops Director, is deeply passionate about promoting a thriving and inclusive workplace where every employee’s potential is nurtured. Simon Sammut is an accomplished gaming industry professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate organizations, primarily in regulated B2C markets. He has held key positions in leading companies such as Betfair, MrGreen, and WilliamHill, where he led various departments across operations, product, and commercial areas.
As the current Vice President of Managed Services for Aspire Global, Simon is responsible for a wide range of crucial areas including gaming, CRM, customer operations, payments, risk, and AML. He is focused on delivering the overall strategy of the business, ensuring high standards for partners, and creating a healthy and enjoyable working environment for all employees.

Avi Cohen is an experienced Business Analytics professional with over 15 years in this field. Avi hold BSc in industrial engineering and worked across various industries on similar roles, managing Business analysis, Data engineering and Data Science business areas. Out of Avi’s 15 year experience, more then 7 years were in the iGaming industry both on B2B and B2C.
In his previous roles, Avi has served as Director of Data Analysis, Data Science and BI in AdTech industry like IronSource and as Acquisition Analysis team leader in 888holdings. He has a proven track record of success in driving CRM and Acquisition performance to deliver strategic value to our organization.
Currently, Avi serves as the Director of Business Analytics and Data Science Aspire Core, where he leads aspire core white label B2B brands business analysis and data science models that are based on huge and one of a kind dataset in the industry, enables us to deliver advance tools to push our business forward.
