Jonathan Chilton brings over 19 years of extensive experience in the iGaming industry, marked by significant roles in leading companies. During his tenure at Betway Group, a prominent player in the iGaming sector, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at GM Gaming Limited, a Betway company under the Super Group umbrella. Notably, Chilton spearheaded the expansion of the Betway brand into four European regulated markets under GM Gaming and served as a Director on seven of the betway licensed African entities, showcasing his adeptness in navigating regulatory landscapes and driving growth in emerging markets.
Prior to his time at Betway, Jonathan spent 12 years at Osiris Trading in South Africa, where he played a pivotal role in introducing Betway into African markets, notably as a key applicant and license holder in both the manufacturers and bookmakers licenses for betway South Africa, further solidifying his expertise in market expansion and business development.
In February 2024, Jonathan Chilton assumed the role of Managing Director at Aspire Global, where he focuses on enhancing the white-label provider aspects of the business. Currently serving as the VP of Partner Success, Julian’s tenure with Aspire Global company began in November 2020, initially as a Commercial Director before transitioning into his current position.
Julian is entrusted with the responsibility of driving partner success. His day-to-day work involves a multifaceted approach, acting as a liaison between Aspire Global and its partners to ensure mutual growth. Julian’s role is a blend of commercial acumen and project management, where he addresses a wide spectrum of business needs ranging across CRM, responsible gaming, and technical support.
With a team of six professionals under his leadership, Julian oversees the Partner Success Management team and onboarding process initiatives. His strategic goals revolve around establishing a standard of excellence, aiming to provide unparalleled service to partners while empowering them to grow their businesses.
Julian’s approach to partner success is deeply rooted in understanding the unique needs of each company and tailoring solutions to help them achieve their objectives. Outside of work, the father-of-three dedicates time to his family and maintains an active lifestyle. Among his passions is competitive fishing, where he catches bluefin tuna in the Strait of Gibraltar.

Currently, Chris serves as the VP of Finance at Aspire Core, where he leads the financial operations and strategy for the company. His expertise in finance and the gaming industry makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
